By engaging with Londonwise, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Legal Nature of Londonwise Ltd
Londonwise Ltd is a medico-legal and Turkish legal consultancy company, owned and directed by:
Av. Vildan Torun – Licensed Attorney (Antalya Bar Association, Türkiye)
35 years of legal experience
Londonwise operates in the UK only as a consultancy firm, meaning:
✔ We provide consultancy on Turkish law matters only
✔ We facilitate communication with Turkish lawyers
✔ We provide medico-legal assessments
✔ We explain Turkish legal procedures
Londonwise does NOT:
•    provide UK legal advice
•    engage in reserved legal activities under UK law
•    act as a solicitor or barrister in the UK
•    offer legal representation before UK courts or tribunals
•    provide immigration, family, corporate, or UK litigation services
LEGAL NOTICE (UK COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT)
Londonwise Ltd is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) because it does not provide UK legal services.
All legal representation relating to Türkiye (Turkey) is carried out solely by qualified Turkish lawyers licensed under Turkish Bar Associations.

3. Scope of Services Provided
Londonwise provides:
3.1 Medico-Legal Consultancy
•    expert review of medical/dental malpractice cases
•    analysis of Turkish treatment documents
•    assessment of whether negligence may exist
•    risk evaluation prior to legal action
3.2 Turkish Legal Consultancy
•    general information about Turkish legal processes
•    explanation of rights under Turkish statutes
•    support in preparing statements, timelines, or evidence summaries
3.3 Coordination Services
•    connecting clients with Turkish lawyers
•    transmitting documents securely
•    assisting in communication with Turkish legal professionals
•    ensuring continuity in client–lawyer contact
3.4 What We DO NOT Provide
To avoid regulatory breach:
UK legal advice
UK court representation
Any “reserved legal activities”
Notary or translation services (unless arranged externally)
Medical or clinical treatment advice

4. Client Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
•    you are over 18 years old
•    you reside in the UK or are a UK national seeking Turkish legal assistance
•    you understand that Turkish lawyers—not Londonwise—provide legal representation
•    the information you provide is accurate and truthful

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
•    provide complete and accurate documentation
•    inform Londonwise of any changes in circumstances
•    not misuse consultancy services for fraudulent or exaggerated claims
•    use official communication channels only
•    not expect emergency availability outside consultation hours
•    comply with Turkish law when proceeding with legal actions
Clients remain responsible for decisions made based on Turkish legal consultations.

6. Communication Policy
6.1 Telephone Consultations
Available at scheduled hours:
•    Tuesdays: 10:00–12:00
•    Thursdays: 14:00–16:00
6.2 Email Communications
•    General Enquiries: info@londonwise.uk
•    Medico-Legal Cases: medicolegal@londonwise.uk
Response time: 24–48 hours (business days).
6.3 Messaging Apps
Messaging apps (WhatsApp/SMS):
•    are not secure channels
•    are not to be used for medical images or legal documents
•    may only be used for brief coordination messages
Londonwise is not responsible for data sent through insecure channels.

7. Social Media Usage
Clients must not submit:
•    medical images
•    legal documents
•    complaints
•    personal data
via social media platforms such as:
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Social media is not an official communication channel.
Londonwise bears no liability for information transmitted via social media.

8. Fees, Billing & Refunds
8.1 Fee Structure
Fees may be:
•    fixed-fee
•    hourly rate
•    package-based consultancy
Clients will receive clear fee information before service delivery.
8.2 Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid in full by the specified due date.
8.3 Non-Refundable Fees
Professional consultancy fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
8.4 Third-Party Costs
Clients are responsible for:
•    Turkish lawyer fees
•    Turkish court fees
•    expert reports
•    translation fees
•    notary fees
•    medical documentation fees
Londonwise does not advance these costs.

9. No Guarantee of Outcome
Londonwise does not guarantee:
•    success of any legal claim
•    compensation amounts
•    timelines for legal proceedings
•    actions taken by Turkish courts or authorities
•    opinions or actions of Turkish lawyers
All litigation outcomes are determined independently by:
•    Turkish courts
•    prosecutors
•    authorised Turkish lawyers

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Londonwise is not liable for:
•    actions or omissions of Turkish lawyers
•    decisions of Turkish courts
•    inaccuracies in information provided by clients
•    delays caused by third parties (clinics, hospitals, courts)
•    outcomes of medical evaluations
•    loss of data transmitted via insecure channels
Londonwise acts strictly as a consultancy and liaison service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by UK law.

11. Third-Party Professionals
Turkish lawyers engaged through Londonwise:
•    are independent legal practitioners
•    provide legal representation directly to the client
•    are regulated entirely by Turkish Bar Associations
•    are not employees or agents of Londonwise
•    are solely responsible for their legal services
Londonwise does not supervise their work.

12. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property
All content on www.londonwise.uk is the exclusive property of Londonwise Ltd.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

14. Termination of Services
Londonwise may suspend or terminate services immediately if:
•    the client behaves abusively or unlawfully
•    the client provides false or misleading information
•    a conflict of interest arises
•    the client misuses or abuses the consultancy service
•    non-payment occurs
Clients may terminate services at any time in writing.
Fees already paid remain non-refundable.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by:
The laws of England and Wales – for all contractual and consultancy matters
The laws of Türkiye (Turkey) – for all legal representation conducted by Turkish lawyers
No provision of these Terms extends Londonwise into UK-regulated legal activities.

16. Amendments
Londonwise may update these Terms at any time to reflect:

•    operational requirements
•    service updates
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
